Mother Nature To The Rescue
I just got in from doing my daily chores here at home on the sacred grounds of SpiritWild Ranch in Texas and I’m feeling so damn good you would think the world is perfect.
I consider ranch and farm chores a solid form of Martial Arts, for in order to get things accomplished perfectly, one must be absolutely focused on the job at hand, and when said job is in the greats outdoors, the mind cannot wander into the dark side.
Accompanied by my beloved mutts Happy, Sadie and Coco, with the predictable and inevitable squirrel encounter/hunt/kill just around the corner, life, liberty and the gonzo pursuit of Spirit of the Wild happiness is all encompassing and extremely gratifying. And in fact, I believe life-saving!
Checking traps, filling feeders, checking fences and water crossings, wrenching on trucks and ATVs, working on deerblinds and treestands, and overall just cruising the beauty of God’s miraculous creation is as healing, cleansing, inspiring, motivating and fun as anything available in life.
And of course, I became One with the Mystical Flight of my Arrow for my ritualistic daily archery joys.
Like full-on archery, my triggertime at the range with my 10mm carry gun and favorite sniper rifle took me far, far away from any negativity that there is, and the aim small miss small discipline leaves no room for compromise.
And do not think for a moment that there is ever any shortage of flamethrowing guitar adventure in my daily activities, as my love of killer guitar music is more exciting and fascinating for me today than at any time in my lifetime of musical dreams.
Juxtapose all that unlimited positive spirit with the radio interview I conducted earlier in the morning, identifying the pure rot of government criminal abuse of power and sheer dishonesty run amok all around us, and God knows I needed some serious nature healing powers.
What I believe to be the intentional cultural ruination scourge of runaway inflation, the nonstop torching of our hard earned tax dollars on blatant waste and corruption, the insanity of engineered recidivism and resultant explosion of unprecedented violent crime across the country, the orchestrated invasion through open borders and the fentanyl and meth chemical warfare against America by the communist Chinese enabled by our own government, the serial psychopathic lying by our so called president and his entire gang of bureaucratic goons, the destruction of our food supply and processing plants, more train wrecks that ever, enemy spy balloons of America, the abject refusal by all those in charge to be accountable at every level, and an American could lose hope real damn quick.
All I can say as I conduct my media interviews and my Nightly Nuge and Ted Nugent Real America’s Voice Spirit Campfire podcasts, and write my articles for these outdoor celebration publications and my fellow American sporters, is; do not lose hope!
Know and celebrate the fact that we maintain a spiritual connection with God and His miraculous creation as hunters, fishers and trappers, and as we battle for the soul or real America, never lose touch with the most powerful medicine to keep us on track and on course for the American Dream: The Great Outdoors Lifestyle!
Deer season has wrapped, the fishing is coming on strong, shed hunting is always fun, the thrill of turkey season is already underway in Florida and about to erupt nationwide real soon, and the foodplot prepping earthly rituals are about to plunge us fistfirst into the good Mother Earth once again.
